Biocide products

Based on their active ingredients, we have developed two product lines:

-Citronellal active ingredient – Dr. Pet Advanced – EU registration

-Geraniol active ingredient – Dr. Pet – National registration

Dr. Pet Advanced

Our biocidal product line contains citronellal as an active ingredient. This product range holds an EU registration; however, pursuant to the EU Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR), this registration must be notified in each individual EU Member State.

We hold valid notifications for our Dr. Pet Advanced branded products in the following European countries:

-Hungary

-Germany

-Italy

-Denmark

-Romania

-Bulgaria

-Greece

-Poland

We are able to extend our existing registrations to include private label products in these countries and/or provide assistance with the registration process in other jurisdictions.

Citronellal is a plant-based botanical ingredient that combines a pleasant fragrance with high efficacy, acting as a tick and flea repellent. The active substance is also well-known and widely used in the cosmetics and perfume industries.

Dr. Pet

Our biocidal product line contains geraniol as an active ingredient, and therefore requires national registration in each individual EU Member State (pursuant to the EU Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR)).
